The hotel's breakfast was great and offered plenty of choices, including fresh fruits and vegetables. the convenient location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy the nearby attractions. the free parking was also a bonus and made it easy to travel around in our car.
The heating and air control in our room were not working properly, making the temperature too cold for us to sleep properly. We had trouble with the air conditioning unit, which was also quite loud.

We enjoy our stays in all Cumulus because we can count of good service and great rooms.
Everything was very good.....except we had a large youth group on our particular floor (3rd floor). They were a very noisy group right up until it was 10:00 p.m. They got quiet after that...however, because we had a very long day we retired to bed earlier than that and had trouble sleeping. We called the front desk at 10:00 p.m. and they informed us that 10:00 p.m. was the 'quiet time'. For teenagers that is not too late....for senior people it is too late!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy for us to travel to our next destination. the conjoining restaurant provided us with delicious meals, saving us the hassle of looking for dining options elsewhere. the room we stayed in was cozy and functional, with a balcony that offered a nice view of the surroundings.
The sound isolation in the rooms could be improved.

The breakfast and the location was good.
The price is very high in comparison with the comfort it offers. The bathroom was not clean..you could see that the shower was not properly clean for very long time.

Great value and friendly staff
The hotel is really good value for money and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is tasty and has a good variety of options. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The decor of the hotel is outdated and could use some sprucing up. our room did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly, as we found some leftover debris from previous guests.
